Fatal-Ray is an indie crime-noir comic set in San Francisco. Captain Marcus Taylor represents law and order in the cast, and he’s Ray Lombardo’s primary antagonist. From a writing standpoint, Taylor exists to keep pressure on Ray and force him to choose between survival and exposure.
